The quality of your artwork determines the quality of the imprint. If you do not have suitable camera ready copy (see requirements below) or have special needs, our art department can create or modify imprints to your specifications at very competitive rates. Imprint artwork is required in a camera ready form. We will resize, if necessary, in the proper proportions to fit the designated imprint area (the maximum imprint dimensions will very according to size of easel selected). Please forward your artwork in one of the following forms:
1. Hard Copy: Send a high-quality black and white stat to us.
2. Digital Artwork: Send on CD or diskette to the address below or E-mail to info@easelmoments.com. Scanned artwork should be provided at a minimum of 300 DPI. We can accept a wide variety of raster and vector file types in both PC and Macintosh formats. Call us at 1 888 570 2860 to discuss your preferred file format.
Artwork From Us: We will be glad to create artwork or logo for you. Provide us details about your company program, the market sector you are trying to target, your goals, etc and we will have our team of accomplished graphic artists provide you with options. We will provide you with a quote and time frame before we begin your work. Upon approval, we will proceed towards initiation and completion.
Artwork Revisions: If artwork revisions are required, we will advise you of additional charges before proceeding with your order or revisions.
Set Up Charges: $ 100 for a set of gold, silver or black/white imprint and payable in advance. These charges are credited to your account if you place an order. Note that there are no set up charges on unmodified repeat orders.
Samples: Imprinted samples are shipped to you only on your FedEx account #. The option to ship on our FedEx/UPS account is also available.
Minimum Order Requirements: This would depend on easel selected and artwork provided by you. We will provide you with a Pro-forma Quotation on receiving full details from you.
Sample Delivery: in 1-2 weeks after receipt of request & charges.
Order Delivery: Order delivery details could be provided on confirmation of quantity.
