At Easel Moments®, we partner with artists and businesses to contract manufacture any easel or picture frame requirements. Often times a growing business may need help with production or store chain may need a new display concept. That is where we can be of assistance and take away your worries of maintaining a manufacturing line assembly. We want you to do what you do best: Creating & Marketing! Run your creative mind to produce those timeless pieces of art and new design easels!
Materials: Easel Moments® can manufacture products in wood, metals, glass, or ceramic and exclusively for you. We have many options to work with. Details can be provided on request.
Sample Development Cost: The quotation is free and sample development cost is also free if shipped on your FedEx / DHL #. If you do not have a sample or drawing or if the sample requires dies, the cost for sample development for each product is $ 200. In some cases it may be less and in other cases it may be more depending on the size and nature of product and finish required. The initial development cost of $ 200 is applied to any order for the same product that you may place.
Once the price quote and sample are approved, we could initiate any order you may plan. There may be minimum requirements and may vary from item to item. Custom orders require 30% advance and balance prior to shipping. Net 30 terms available on completion and approval of credit application.

Limitation of Liability:
Claims for defective workmanship or incomplete shipments will not be entertained after 5 working days of receiving shipment. In any event our liability for any cause is limited to the cost of direct labor lost or the cost of the product supplied, whichever is less. Our charges are based upon this policy limiting liability.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Easel Moments’s liability for any cause is limited to the cost of product supplied or labor lost whichever is less. Easel Moments shall not be liable, whether as a result of a breach of contract, warranty, alleged negligence or otherwise, for any ordinary, special, consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to any loss of profit or revenue, loss of use of delivered materials or claims made against the customer for damages or penalties of any kind. Easel Moments prices are based on this limiting liability policy.
All disputes are subject to Orange County, CA jurisdiction.
